With over 35 years experience working in Project, Operations and General Management roles for large publicly listed and small privately held Main Contactors and more recently in Governance and Advisory roles for Government and Industry John has developed a very broad and in-depth knowledge of Construction Contracting and thge sectors challenges and opportunities.
John is motivated by teamwork, working smarter, finding solutions, and helping those around him to succeed then sharing in this success.
Leadership Style
John develops strong and trusting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and the community. He has a natural interactive leadership style based on respectfulness, finding the best solutions for all parties and expectations of excellence.
John is currently Board Chair at the NZ Institute of Building
